This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Develop, examine, negotiate, and process Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs), Work Orders (WOs), and Start-Up Agreements (SUAs) in line with Clario contracting standards.
• Assess and process Change Orders (COs) as necessary.
• Assist in the review and negotiation of Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Stand-Alone Agreements (SAAs), and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) under the direction of senior team members.
• Track and manage contract-related escalations to Subject Matter Experts for terms that fall outside approved standards or playbooks.
• Update, monitor, prioritize, and maintain assigned cases and contractual records within Salesforce.
• Accurately enter and maintain key contractual terms, documents, and data.
• Oversee the centralized contracts mailbox, ensuring timely triage and follow-up on requests.
• Keep organized electronic records for approvals, agreement versions, and executed agreements.
• Review, track, load, save, and communicate electronic signature activities following established processes.
• Engage in departmental and cross-functional projects, audits, training activities, and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Clario standard operating procedures, training requirements, and relevant business practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Commerce, Life Sciences, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in commercial contracting, legal operations, contract administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management principles and document control practices.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, clinical research, or Contract Research Organization (CRO) environments is preferred.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Preferred experience working with Salesforce or similar business systems.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
