• Review and oversee all task subcontracts and vendor agreements, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and in alignment with the requirements of the prime contract.
• Ensure full compliance with contract terms, which includes flow-down requirements, reporting obligations, and performance standards.
• Monitor the deliverables of subcontractors to guarantee adherence to scope, schedule, and contractual commitments.
• Track and maintain all contract documentation, including modifications, amendments, Statements of Work (SOWs), and vendor agreements.
• Collaborate with program management, procurement, finance, and legal teams to facilitate contract lifecycle activities.
• Ensure subcontractors meet federal regulations, including relevant FAR/DFARS clauses and agency-specific requirements.
• Assist in vendor onboarding, which involves reviewing contractual documentation and verifying compliance.
• Help monitor contract performance metrics and identify potential risks or compliance gaps.
• Maintain precise records in contract management systems to ensure audit readiness at all times.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis.
• Offer guidance on contractual interpretation and ensure the consistent application of contract terms across all vendors.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, Contract Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Over 5 years of experience in contracts administration, contract analysis, or procurement support.
• Experience in federal government contracting environments.
• Extensive experience reviewing and managing subcontracts, vendor agreements, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Proven understanding of FAR/DFARS regulations and federal contracting compliance requirements.
• Experience in ensuring compliance with contract terms and monitoring vendor performance against contractual obligations.
• Strong attention to detail with the capacity to interpret complex contractual language.
• Experience supporting audit activities and maintaining contract documentation in accordance with federal standards.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational discipline.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and meet deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong collaboration skills across legal, finance, procurement, and program teams.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, compliance-oriented environment.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.
• Must reside in the Continental US.
• Depending on the government agency, specific requirements may include a public trust background check or security clearance.
