Contract Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Identify and source qualified candidates through a variety of recruiting channels

• Perform phone screenings and conduct candidate interviews

• Organize interview schedules and follow up with candidates

• Develop and sustain talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring requirements

• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring objectives

• Contribute to creating a positive candidate experience from initial contact to the offer stage

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in recruiting is essential

• Experience in healthcare recruiting is highly preferred

• Strong skills in interviewing and candidate evaluation

• Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and secure candidates

• A positive, proactive attitude and readiness to assist where necessary

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Capability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
