Contract Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Provide treatment to patients within your licensed state(s).

• Perform initial Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examinations (PDE) for new patient referrals, as well as Evaluation & Management (E/M) sessions for established patients.

• Utilize the Talkspace platform to engage in video call sessions with patients, submit clinical documentation, and oversee patient treatment plans.

• Collaborate with the Talkspace psychiatry team when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in New Jersey is required, along with a minimum of 2 years of prescribing experience.

• A valid DEA registration and an individual NPI number are necessary.

• Submission of a fully completed and signed CAQH application is required.

• A collaborating/supervising physician agreement is needed, or you must be willing to obtain one.

• A reliable internet connection is essential.

• Independent liability insurance is required, with a minimum coverage amount of $1 million per occurrence and $3 million in the aggregate.
