Contract Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Provide care to patients in your licensed states.

• Perform initial Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examinations (PDE) for new referrals and Evaluation & Management (E/M) sessions for ongoing patients.

• Utilize the Talkspace platform to conduct video sessions with patients, complete clinical documentation, and oversee patient treatment plans.

• Collaborate with the Talkspace psychiatry team as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in Michigan is required.

• Must hold an active DEA and individual NPI number.

• A fully completed and signed CAQH application must be submitted.

• A collaborating or supervising physician agreement is required, or you must be willing to obtain one.

• A reliable internet connection is essential.

• Independent liability insurance is necessary, with a minimum coverage of $1 million per occurrence and $3 million aggregate.
