Contract Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Provide treatment to patients within your state(s) of licensure.

• Perform initial Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examinations (PDE) for new patient referrals and Evaluation & Management (E/M) sessions for ongoing patients.

• Utilize the Talkspace platform to carry out video call sessions with patients, document clinical information, and oversee patient treatment plans.

• Collaborate with the Talkspace psychiatry team as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• You must possess a valid Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in the state of Arizona.

• An active DEA and individual NPI number is required.

• Submission of a fully completed and signed CAQH application is necessary.

• A reliable internet connection is essential.

• Independent liability insurance is required with a minimum coverage of $1 million per occurrence and $3 million aggregate.
