Contract Part Time Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst, 1099

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Conducting behavioral or functional Analytic Assessment Processes.

• Developing case supervision and clinical management plans.

• Creating and implementing an ABA Treatment Plan.

• Consulting with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) or Behavior Technicians (BT) regarding client and family concerns.

• Selecting suitable stimulus materials and treatment modalities based on the age and capabilities of the person served.

• Involving clients and families in establishing treatment goals and training them on specific treatment strategies and carryover skills.

• Providing clear and concise instructions for presenting materials and/or techniques during therapy sessions.

• Accurately recording and tracking daily progress for clients and families.

• Utilizing session time effectively to achieve objectives.

• Offering precise and immediate feedback to clients and/or families.

• Planning for the discharge of the person served.

⛳️ Requirements

• BCBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) certification.

• Master’s Degree in Psychology or a related field, with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis.

• A minimum of two years of experience working with a pediatric population.

• At least two years of experience in an applied setting, participating in functional assessments/analyses, developing and implementing functional behavior plans, and monitoring the execution and adjustments of such programs.

• Membership in specific state and national (ABAI) professional associations is highly recommended.

• A minimum of one year of Telehealth supervision experience.

• Ideally based in NM, AZ, TX, FL, GA, ID, NV, UT, OK, or CO.

• Availability to work within the hours of 9am-6pm MT.
