📋 Description

• Manage customer contract processes and their renewals.

• Collaborate effectively with sales representatives, customer success managers, and management teams.

• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers.

• Lead discussions on forecasting and conduct pipeline reviews.

• Interact with multiple customers through phone communications.

• Proficiency in both English and Dutch.

• Background in customer service and contract management.

• Experience in negotiation or sales.

• Prior experience in account management and/or customer retention.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.
