Contract Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Negotiates, executes, reviews, and analyzes contracts.

• Oversees contract performance to support network quality.

• Recruits providers to ensure successful network expansion.

• Works collaboratively across functions to aid in provider compensation and pricing development efforts.

• Proposes recommendations to address cost issues and promote cost-saving initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry.

• At least 3 years of experience in managing provider relationships or similar healthcare positions.

• Excellent communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge and/or experience in provider network contracting.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
