Contract Manager – AI Trainer, Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Assess and enhance AI-generated outputs related to topics such as contract drafting, negotiation strategies, risk mitigation, compliance, and contract lifecycle management.

• Analyze AI responses for legal authenticity, commercial reasoning, and practical relevance.

• Create realistic contract management scenarios and case studies based on your personal experience.

• Develop scenario variations from the viewpoints of different stakeholders (e.g., contract manager, legal counsel, business leader, external partner).

• Spot gaps, inconsistencies, or weak reasoning in AI-generated contract management material.

⛳️ Requirements

• A senior contract manager, legal operations expert, agreements consultant, or a similar role.

• Must be based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK.

• Multiple years of practical experience in contract management or legal operations within complex or high-volume settings.

• Proficient in evaluating contract logic, soundness, and practical execution.

• Capable of offering clear, structured feedback and working autonomously.

• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with immediate availability.
