This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver exceptional technical support through phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries.
• Provide exemplary customer service to assess customer needs and suggest the most appropriate products.
• Keep precise and comprehensive customer records, documenting interactions and ensuring data accuracy.
• Support process enhancement initiatives and implement suggestions in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Oversee and document various ongoing projects, ensuring they are completed on time.
• Identify and recommend automated solutions to optimize processes, increasing efficiency and productivity.
• Evaluate and analyze customer feedback and metrics to spot trends, escalate concerns, and suggest improvement strategies.
• Engage in the creation and upkeep of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and other resources for customers.
• Knowledge of insurance products, terminology, and industry best practices.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, along with strong technical and analytical capabilities.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer support.

• Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) systems, Zendesk, and other ticketing platforms.

• Must be able to obtain a Property and Casualty Insurance license and pass a background check with fingerprinting.
