Contract Learning Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create research-driven, high-quality educational experiences.

• Present previous design projects and discuss their outcomes.

• Oversee multiple projects at once and operate efficiently under tight deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated design proficiency: A history of developing impactful learning experiences for educators and education leaders.

• Specialized abilities: Expertise in one or more fields such as instructional design, assessment design, e-learning development, content writing, and/or UX design.

• Research-oriented methodology: A solid foundation in adult learning theories and evidence-based instructional design practices.

• Team-oriented approach: Capability to collaborate effectively with fellow designers and cross-disciplinary teams.

• Experience with K-12 school districts is an advantage.

• Mastery of relevant design tools is crucial.
