Contract Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage contract management deliverables, leveraging expertise to ensure quality and efficiency.

• Review and evaluate contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to clinical trial operations and vendor partnerships.

• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to guarantee compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate contract risks, discover improvement opportunities, and create mitigation strategies.

• Maintain precise and current records of contract statuses, milestones, and deliverables utilizing contract management systems.

• Offer guidance and support to internal teams regarding contract interpretation, compliance issues, and dispute resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in contract administration, management, or a similar area, ideally within the pharmaceutical or clinical research sectors.

• Strong comprehension of contract law, legal language, and regulatory requirements associated with clinical trials and vendor agreements.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of assessing complex contractual matters and suggesting effective solutions.

• High attention to detail and organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 5%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
