Contract Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Prepare, review, negotiate, and finalize clinical trial agreements (CTAs) and investigator contracts

• Serve as the main contact for site contract activities at the protocol level

• Oversee contract execution processes, including coordinating signatures and tracking timelines

• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Legal, Regulatory, and external sites/vendors

• Assist in the development of site budgets and investigator grant agreements

• Monitor contract status, maintain systems, and ensure proper documentation

• Identify risks and proactively address contract or budget issues

• Contribute to the creation of contract templates, playbooks, and process enhancements

• Ensure adherence to internal policies, GCP, and regulatory standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline

• 1–2 years of experience in clinical research contracts, acquired in Australia and/or New Zealand at a CRO, sponsor, or investigative site

• Familiarity with site contracts and/or budget negotiation

• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and strict deadlines

• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging various stakeholders

• Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving skills

• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (experience with Grants/contract systems is a plus)
