This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Engage in contract management responsibilities, ensuring accountability for your deliverables while collaborating effectively.
• Negotiate directly with designated sites concerning all contractual matters related to sites, including clinical trial agreements, budget discussions, payment terms, ancillary agreements, and amendments.
• Collaborate with the internal Study Startup team, CROs, Clinical Operations teams, and TAU partners to enhance overall SB&C metrics and streamline processes.
• Ensure that standards are consistently applied to SB&C processes across various projects.
• Utilize leading industry tools and data sources to deliver budget and contract insights that align with established parameters and fair market value guidelines.
• Proactively identify and address potential delays, escalating issues to the appropriate team members as necessary.
• Maintain a record of all actions and negotiations to ensure that timelines are met for assigned studies and sites.
• Assist in resolving escalated concerns identified by the site activation sub-team in collaboration with the internal Study Startup team.
• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in clinical research site contracting and budgeting within a pharmaceutical company, CRO, or relevant industry vendor.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to interpret complex data.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 5%).
