This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Reporting to the Manager of Contract Administration, the Contract Administrator will lead the contract management process from negotiation through execution, acting as the primary point of contact within the Contract Administration department.

• This individual will also be responsible for registering Raptor with various state and local agencies, overseeing the application and renewal procedures for the different joint purchasing associations/cooperatives of which Raptor is a member, and managing the cataloging of Raptor’s contracts.

• The Contract Administrator will collaborate closely with sales, finance/accounting, and Raptor’s clientele.

• Development and upkeep of standard templates for customer agreements, privacy policies, end-user license agreements, and mutual non-disclosure agreements will be part of the role.

• Establish and implement best practices and procedures for the execution and management of all contracts across the organization, including customer, vendor, partner, and reseller agreements as well as non-disclosure agreements; responsibilities include cataloging and storing contracts and utilizing software for contract execution and management.

• Collaborate with sales and finance to facilitate the negotiation and execution of end customer contracts in an environment with a high volume of transactions.

• Oversee the execution of vendor forms and other legal documents required by customers.

• Partner with sales to register Raptor with the various state and local agencies where it operates.

• Take ownership of the application, renewal, and updating processes for Raptor’s contracts with various joint purchasing associations/cooperatives such as GSA, Buyboard, and TIPS.

• Perform other relevant tasks as needed or assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; a law degree is highly preferred.

• Approximately 5 years of prior experience in a contract administration role within a corporate environment; experience in a software or technology company is preferred.

• Previous experience as a Paralegal is advantageous.

• Familiarity with contract management and electronic signature software; experience with SalesForce and Conga is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience collaborating with legal counsel on contract provisions.

• Knowledge of contract law, the software industry, accounting principles, and finance.

• Exceptional attention to detail to identify inconsistencies in contracts.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Strong analytical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities are required.

• Should demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to cultivate effective working relationships and build consensus.

• High level of professionalism, maintaining a positive, customer-centric approach to various scenarios.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• While most duties are performed during standard business hours, off-hours work may be necessary to meet customer and/or business requirements.
