This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Advocate for ongoing improvement by guiding sponsors, process owners, and project teams.
• Lead comprehensive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives utilizing DMAIC, A3, and Rapid Improvement techniques.
• Provide dynamic LSS training and practical coaching for belt candidates and improvement teams.
• Employ data-driven analysis and root cause methodologies to pinpoint inefficiencies, reduce waste, and enhance performance.
• Monitor program advancement, certification milestones, and savings metrics.
• Facilitate organized problem-solving sessions with plant leaders and cross-disciplinary teams.
• Manage projects that yield tangible, annualized savings and performance improvements across operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of practical experience in process engineering, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Formal training in Lean Six Sigma or experience with a strong understanding of Lean & Six Sigma principles.
• Demonstrated success in leading Kaizens and Six Sigma projects with quantifiable outcomes.
• Strong analytical capabilities: data analysis, root cause analysis, and process mapping.
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to collaborate—capable of influencing at all levels.
• Comfortable navigating complexity, uncertainty, and strict deadlines.
