Content Writer – Editorial, Brand Communications

📋 Description

• Create clear, engaging, and high-quality content for articles, blogs, website copy, editorials, interviews, and branded content.

• Craft persuasive copy for social media campaigns, newsletters, email marketing, and promotional materials.

• Generate SEO-optimized content to enhance search visibility and support digital marketing efforts.

• Perform comprehensive research on industry trends, market changes, and audience preferences.

• Collaborate effectively with marketing, design, editorial, and creative teams on integrated campaigns.

• Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and editorial quality across all communication platforms.

• Edit, proofread, and enhance content to uphold professional standards.

• Assist in content planning, ideation, and the development of the editorial calendar.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, English, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in content writing, copywriting, editorial, or digital publishing.

• Outstanding written and verbal English communication abilities.

• Strong portfolio showcasing versatility in editorial and digital writing.

• Comprehensive understanding of SEO, keyword integration, and content performance metrics.

• Excellent skills in research, editing, and proofreading.

• Capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently in a remote setting.

• Proficiency in CMS platforms, Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, and AI productivity tools.

• Experience in media, publishing, digital marketing, or agency environments is preferred.

• Background in interview-based writing, script writing, podcasts, or thought leadership content.

• Familiarity with WordPress or similar publishing systems.

• ₹45,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Dependent on experience, writing quality, and domain expertise).
