• Contribute to thought leadership initiatives and perform executive ghostwriting.

• Optimize content for internal linking, structure, readability, and visibility in AI search.

• Acquire extensive knowledge in behavioral health, addiction treatment, care levels, insurance dynamics, and admission processes.

• Grasp patient and family psychology to produce content that fosters trust and encourages action.

• Stay updated on industry trends, compliance issues, and best practices in ethical behavioral health marketing.

• Simplify complex clinical and operational concepts into clear, authoritative, and empathetic content.

• Establish clients as trusted authorities through writing that is accurate, informed, and insightful.

• Operate using SEO briefs and content calendars within ClickUp.

• Align content with performance indicators like organic growth, engagement rates, and blog-to-lead conversion rates.

• Collaborate with SEO teams on content clusters and establish topical authority.

• Revise and enhance content based on performance analytics and feedback.

• Partner with SEO Strategists to ensure alignment with ranking objectives.

• Work with Web and Design teams to ensure proper formatting and user experience flow.

• Assist Client Success with content updates and campaign requirements.

• Maintain organized documentation and adhere to deadlines across all projects.

• 3–6 years of professional content writing experience (agency or healthcare preferred).

• Native-level English writing skills (essential).

• Strong preference for experience writing for healthcare, wellness, or behavioral health brands.

• Demonstrated ability to create SEO-optimized, long-form content that ranks well and converts.

• Solid understanding of search intent, keyword placement, and on-page optimization best practices.

• Ability to balance empathy and authority when addressing addiction and mental health topics.

• Familiarity with tools such as Semrush, SurferSEO, GA4 (basic understanding), and ClickUp.

• Comfortably use ChatGPT or AI tools responsibly to improve workflow efficiency.

• Strong attention to detail in grammar, structure, and tone consistency.
