This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Compose and refine Learning Center articles, guides, FAQs, and product detail pages that are optimized for AEO/GEO citability and suitable for AI-generated responses.

• Create original content that enhances Rocket Loans' visibility in AI search, while crafting educational lifecycle and nurture email copy that embodies the brand voice.

• Ensure the content remains current across the website by regularly updating data points, dates, and copy to maintain accuracy and ongoing citability.

• Identify content gaps and propose strategic solutions to address them during content strategy discussions.

• Utilize a solid understanding of content structure best practices, including key takeaways, anchor-linked headers, cited claims, author attribution, and FAQ sections.

• Work collaboratively with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align content development and implementation, while also supporting press release writing and earned media initiatives.

• Exhibit a fundamental understanding of AEO/GEO and SEO principles, including search intent, content structure, and query-focused writing techniques.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in writing and editing digital content.

• A bachelor's degree in journalism, English, communications, or a related discipline.

• Experience in writing within the personal finance, fintech, or financial services sectors.

• Proven understanding of AEO/GEO and SEO fundamentals: search intent, content structure, and query-driven writing.

• Familiarity with content management systems and project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Monday, Jira, Confluence).
