Content Strategist, Finance, US Tax Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee a 90-day content strategy alongside an editorial calendar.

• Conduct research and draft video concepts focused on U.S. tax strategies and financial planning.

• Compose full-length scripts that are optimized for viewer retention and watch time.

• Generate SEO-optimized titles, descriptions, and video structures (chapters).

• Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPM, retention) and refine strategies based on data insights.

• **Short-Form Content (TikTok / Reels / Shorts)**

• Conceptualize and script engaging short-form content (30–90 seconds).

• Adapt long-form content into short-form formats.

• Establish systems for consistent, high-volume content production (10–20 pieces per week).

• Craft compelling hooks, captions, and CTAs tailored for each platform.

• Remain updated on trends in finance and business content.

• **Paid Advertising (Meta / Google)**

• Write direct-response ad copy targeting high-net-worth audiences.

• Develop VSL scripts and advertising concepts.

• Create and optimize landing page copy in alignment with campaigns.

• Conduct A/B testing and ensure consistent messaging across funnels.

• **Email & Newsletter**

• Compose a weekly newsletter aimed at lead nurturing and client engagement.

• Build and optimize automated email sequences.

• Transform video content into email-friendly formats.

• Maintain a cohesive brand voice across all communications.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of content strategy experience in **financial services, fintech, or professional advisory**.

• Demonstrated ability to write clearly and authoritatively on **complex U.S. tax or financial subjects**.

• Experience managing or contributing to a **YouTube channel with significant scale (10K+ subscribers or equivalent)**.

• Practical experience writing **paid ad copy for Meta and/or Google**.

• Strong independent command of written English (publication-ready quality).

• Familiarity with analytics tools (YouTube Studio, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, email platforms).

• Robust understanding of **SEO and keyword research tools** (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar).

• Self-motivated and comfortable working **asynchronously with a U.S.-based founder**.

• **Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience in creating content about **U.S. tax strategy, S-corps, real estate investing, or high-net-worth financial planning**.

• Knowledge of CRM and marketing tools such as **GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar**.

• Background in writing **VSLs, webinar scripts, or long-form direct-response content**.
