Content Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Revise drafts from team members to enhance grammar, flow, tone, and ensure alignment with brand standards.

• Create and uphold clear brand narratives that highlight Mitratech's product innovations and the value they deliver to customers.

• Transform announcements, research findings, and events into engaging content for blogs, social media, emails, and sales enablement.

• Manage the review, feedback, and timeline processes for drafts involving writers, designers, and stakeholders.

• Assist in crafting messaging and content for conferences, webinars, and customer events.

• Uphold editorial quality, consistency, and brand governance across all communication channels.

• Leverage AI for research, drafting, and content transformation while exercising editorial discretion.

• Implement SEO and AEO best practices to enhance search visibility and AI-driven discoverability.

• Occasionally assist with press pitches, podcast promotions, and other PR or multimedia initiatives.

• Report to the Senior Content Manager and collaborate with the Web & Digital, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of professional writing and/or editing experience; this includes internships, agency roles, or entry-level marketing positions.

• Proficient in using AI tools on a daily basis for content creation workflows.

• Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines effectively.

• Background in SaaS, LegalTech, B2B technology, or enterprise software is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Experience in PR, media outreach, or executive writing is advantageous but not essential.
