This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assist in the development and dissemination of high-quality content (including social media, blogs, data briefs, and guides) to ensure consistent brand messaging and audience engagement.
• Engage in daily social media activities across platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram, which includes crafting copy, scheduling posts, publishing, and fostering community interaction.
• Provide ad hoc assistance in the complete content production process, which encompasses researching, drafting, editing, obtaining approvals, and publishing on WordPress.
• Create social media assets (both static posts and short-form videos), collaborating with the design team for more intricate creative requirements.
• Contribute to and uphold the editorial and social media calendars.
• Act as a vital liaison with the Business Marketing team, aiding in the brainstorming, research, and creation of marketing materials and social-first concepts.
• Implement SEO/AEO and best practices for various platforms to enhance discoverability.
• Track performance metrics using native platform analytics and content management tools to assess KPIs and generate reports.
• Prior experience in content and/or social media marketing, journalism, or a related discipline.
• Native English speaker or equivalent fluency, with exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities.
• Innovative, inquisitive, and data-driven, with the ability to create captivating story ideas.
• Practical experience managing social media platforms (including LinkedIn and Instagram).
• Knowledge of social media scheduling and analytics tools.
• Proficient with design tools like Canva to independently create on-brand social visuals, and comfortable collaborating with designers on more complex creative tasks.
• Familiarity with AI tools, applying discernment to uphold brand voice and quality.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of juggling multiple tasks, adhering to deadlines, and ensuring accuracy.
• Interest or experience in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or similar industries.
• Understanding of B2B or SaaS environments.
• Experience in creating and editing short-form videos, including knowledge of trends, audio, and platform-specific formats.
• Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress; knowledge of GA4 and SEO tools (e.g., Semrush or similar) is an advantage.
