Social Media Growth Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

📋 Description

• Develop and spearhead the organic content strategy across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging channels.

• Collaborate directly with Josh Hudson on content strategy, ideation, brand voice, and creative direction.

• Transform long-form content into platform-specific short-form clips, posts, titles, thumbnails, and content angles.

• Oversee the editing team, enhancing standards for hook strength, pacing, retention, storytelling, and brand consistency.

• Establish repeatable systems that ensure the production of exceptional content becomes consistent rather than incidental.

• Utilize performance data to pinpoint successful hooks, themes, formats, and content pillars.

• Provide validated organic insights to the Paid team to enhance advertisements, hooks, and messaging.

• Contribute to the expansion of Marriage Reset’s mission to impact and save one million marriages.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years managing content production or editing teams in asynchronous, remote-first environments.

• Demonstrated experience in reviewing video edits and providing quality, pacing, and creative feedback.

• Familiarity with short-form content distribution across platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.

• Experience in developing Content Waterfall systems, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and repeatable workflows.

• Proficiency in analytics, with an understanding of relevant leading and lagging metrics for each platform.

• A background in coaching, information products, or online education is highly preferred.
