Content Production Writer, Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Navigate through over 14 active client accounts, each characterized by its unique brand voice, audience, and standards.

• Quickly alternate between various formats including social media posts, blogs, advertisement copy, emails, and landing pages.

• Generate and deliver a substantial volume of outputs, averaging around +/-15 pieces weekly, while adhering to strict deadlines.

• Manage the administrative responsibilities associated with this workload: tracking assignments, logging statuses, maintaining prompt libraries, and organizing multiple projects simultaneously.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in a marketing agency is essential. You should have worked in an agency environment and be familiar with the pace of client services, managing multiple accounts, and understanding billable expectations. In-house only experience will not be accepted for this position.

• Must be located in the Eastern or Central time zone.

• 2 to 4 years of experience in editing or copywriting is required.

• A proven history of meeting deadlines while handling a high-volume workload. You should be able to discuss your actual output levels.

• Practical experience utilizing AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and similar) for genuine content creation, rather than just familiarity with them.

• A portfolio showcasing a variety of writing and editing samples across different formats is necessary.
