This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.
• Assist in ensuring high-volume sports content is accurate, timely, professional, and trustworthy.
• Collaborate on live content checks, support triage, client communication, issue investigation, handovers, and process enhancements.
• Manage content operations and aid workflows during live sports events and other periods of high-volume publishing.
• Conduct quality checks on visuals, text, metadata, links, calls to action, timing, categorization, and brand consistency.
• Identify, articulate, and escalate issues clearly before they evolve into client or user problems.
• Handle support requests by gathering evidence, identifying probable causes, and communicating the subsequent actions.
• Leverage AI and internal tools to expedite checks, compare information, draft notes, analyze data, and enhance repeatability.
• Keep detailed handovers, incident notes, support updates, and QA records.
• Collaborate with content, operations, product, and client-facing teams to resolve issues swiftly and prevent recurrence.
• Enhance checklists, playbooks, templates, and lightweight automations as you learn what falters in practice.
• Outstanding attention to detail, particularly when reviewing text, visuals, links, timing, and structured information.
• High level of agency: if something appears incorrect, unclear, or fragile, you address it rather than ignoring it because it wasn’t assigned to you.
• Proficient in written English with the ability to calmly, accurately, and without drama explain an issue.
• Dependability and commitment are essential when live coverage, client support, or content accuracy is at stake.
• Strong judgment skills when under pressure.
• Ownership of outcomes: you care whether the content, fix, or support update is executed correctly.
• A genuine curiosity about systems.
• Comfortable utilizing AI and tools to enhance your work while still meticulously checking vital details yourself.
• High standards: you are not willing to let subpar or inaccurate work pass just because it has gone unnoticed by others.
• An interest in sports, media, digital content, SaaS, or live operations.
• Experience in content QA, customer support, live operations, editorial, proofreading, or moderation is a plus.
• Familiarity with fast-paced operating environments is a plus.
