Content Moderator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Moderating text and visual content (articles, images, headlines, descriptions) in accordance with Google and Meta's editorial standards and policies.

• Planning and publishing materials through the internal administrative panel and Meta Business Suite.

• Developing and maintaining publication schedules, ensuring timely and accurate content placement.

• Participating in A/B testing of content, publication formats, and distribution approaches.

• Utilizing internal AI tools to support moderation processes and the team's operational tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

• At least 1 year of experience in content moderation, support, trust & safety, compliance, or related fields.

• Basic understanding of social media and content platform principles (primarily Facebook).

• High attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of information.

• Capability to multitask and adhere to deadlines.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to constructively advocate for your position.
