Content Moderation Specialist – UA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Review and moderate content generated by users to ensure it aligns with platform policies and guidelines.

• Identify and report any content that breaches safety standards, community guidelines, or legal regulations.

• Adhere to established moderation processes to ensure consistent enforcement.

• Achieve accuracy and productivity goals while making fair and impartial moderation choices.

• Refer complex cases to senior moderators or policy teams when appropriate.

• Uphold confidentiality and privacy when managing sensitive content and user information.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or similar trust and safety roles.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to assess content that may contain hate speech, fraud, or misinformation/disinformation.

• Basic knowledge of content moderation tools, workflows, and community standards.

• Understanding of cultural differences and their influence on online communities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the capacity to document moderation decisions clearly.
