Content Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• We have a compelling narrative to share, and we are looking for someone to create the mechanism that communicates it.

• In the role of Content Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for shaping Workleap's visibility throughout the entire marketing funnel: from thought leadership and paid campaigns to customer communications and everything in between.

• You will determine the most impactful angle to explore, select the appropriate format, and disseminate the content across all relevant channels.

• This is a proactive position that allows you to influence the strategy in collaboration with the team manager.

• You will evaluate existing content, establish production schedules, and devise the distribution strategy that fuels the entire marketing framework.

• We will develop the strategy collaboratively. You should come prepared with strong ideas about what to communicate, why it's important, and how to present it.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in content marketing, editing, or a similar role covering various formats;

• Strong editorial intuition: you understand what makes a message effective and can identify the story angle in nearly any context;

• Demonstrated writing skills, both in long-form and short-form content;

• An understanding of different media: you can discern when an idea is best conveyed through text, visuals, or video, and can produce or direct as needed;

• Self-sufficiency and proactive ownership: you create the brief, pitch the concept, and manage it from start to finish;

• Skilled in using AI content tools as a practitioner, with the discernment to elevate outputs beyond generic to something authentic and unique;

• Comfortable in a dynamic, uncertain environment where processes are still being developed;

• Bonus: Proficiency in French.
