• Develop captivating social media content for various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.

• Plan and publish content effectively.

• Generate blog articles.

• Oversee new product uploads, encompassing product descriptions, image creation, and website copy.

• Track social engagement and respond to comments/direct messages.

• Provide assistance with customer service inquiries.

• Monitor content performance and propose enhancements.

• Conduct research on trends and content concepts.

• Implement SEO strategies.

• Design EDMs/email campaigns using Klaviyo, evaluate performance, maintain and manage customer lists, and create customer segments.

• Produce and edit Reels and short-form video content.

• Organize and manage monthly content calendars.

• A portfolio showcasing social media work (including examples of content created, campaigns overseen, or videos produced).

• Excellent English writing and copywriting abilities.

• Prior experience in ecommerce marketing.

• Background in managing social media for a brand.

• Experience in creating Reels and short-form video content.

• Capability to utilize, learn, and adapt to AI technologies.

• Proficient in Canva or similar design tools.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proactive mindset with a willingness to troubleshoot.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
