This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
β’ Develop and expand our content library by planning and creating a cohesive, lasting collection of assets β including articles, data stories, interactive tools, guides, and videos β aligned with the key personas and journeys that are most significant, prioritized rigorously based on impact.
β’ Craft the narratives that define Remote. Create engaging stories that resonate with audiences in HR and finance, simplifying complex subjects such as compliance, FX, worker classification, and global hiring into content that is both appealing and shareable.
β’ Establish our thought leadership and storytelling strategy. Formulate a unique perspective and style that sets Remote apart from its competitors and connects with everyone from the CFO concerned about audits to the People leader expanding into new markets.
β’ Transform data and expertise into compelling content. Collaborate with insights and product teams to uncover the story behind the numbers and create assets that are evidence-driven and supported by a solid thesis.
β’ Work alongside experts and executives. Interview, ghostwrite for, and synthesize the knowledge of internal specialists, executives, and external partners into content that educates, motivates, and drives conversions.
β’ Maintain quality and consistency. Ensure high standards for craft, voice, and accuracy across all published materials, while developing a clear understanding of cadence and channel strategy.
β’ A seasoned content marketer with experience in setting editorial direction at B2B companies, not merely executing it.
β’ A skilled writer at the pinnacle of their craft, possessing a clear, evidence-based voice and a strong sense of narrative (a background in journalism or editorial work is advantageous).
β’ Strong commercial acumen: able to connect content to a specific persona, pain point, funnel stage, and measurable outcome β and capable of justifying those decisions.
β’ Proficient across B2B SaaS audiences in HR, finance, fintech, payroll, or compliance-related sectors β or possess the curiosity and diligence to quickly master a technical category.
β’ Comfortable with data: able to interpret a data pack, identify the key story, select the hero statistic, and prepare the visuals that bring it to life.
β’ A collaborative interviewer who can extract insights from busy experts and present them in a refined manner that maintains their authentic voice.
β’ Strong self-direction and ownership within an asynchronous, globally distributed team.
β’ Work from anywhere
β’ Flexible paid time off
β’ Flexible working hours (we operate asynchronously)
β’ 16 weeks of paid parental leave
β’ Access to mental health support services
β’ Stock options
β’ Learning budget
β’ Home office budget & IT equipment
β’ Budget for local in-person social events or co-working spaces
