This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Content Strategy & Distribution: Your role will involve ensuring that each piece of content is strategically positioned to drive demand. Collaborating closely with the CEO, you'll generate ideas influenced by market trends and competitive opportunities, while transforming primary video content into well-optimized LinkedIn posts, X threads, and short-form videos. Additionally, you will oversee publishing schedules, SEO metadata, and performance analytics to continually enhance our outreach.

• Lead Nurturing & Conversion: You will design and manage our comprehensive nurture ecosystem, ensuring that every interaction leads to a scheduled call. This includes overseeing lead magnets, opt-in forms, automated email flows, and our monthly newsletter. You’ll handle the entire production of the newsletter, coordinating with copywriters, designers, and obtaining CEO approval, while analyzing email performance monthly to maintain effective messaging.

• Case Studies & Quality Control: Your responsibility will include transforming client successes into high-converting assets by seamlessly integrating new case studies into our content calendar and outreach strategies. You will also manage the quality control process by conducting a thorough 6-point audit on every live URL to ensure that typos, formatting, visuals, and mobile views are flawless prior to launch.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related analytical discipline.

• B2B Growth / Demand Generation (2–5 Years): Proven experience in establishing outbound systems and content-driven growth channels within an agency, SaaS, or DTC environment.

• Funnel Architecture: A demonstrated history of designing automated email flows, multi-touch nurture sequences, and comprehensive funnel pipeline structures.

• Ability to convert intent data and buying signals into automated outbound workflows; adept at analyzing funnel data to identify and rectify drop-off points.

• Content Engineering: Proficient in transforming pillar assets (such as video) into compelling copy for LinkedIn, newsletters, and email communications.

• End-to-End Ownership: A proactive self-starter capable of managing multiple workstreams (content calendars, outbound sequences, newsletter production) independently.

• Tools & Tech Stack GTM & Enrichment: Familiarity with platforms such as Clay, Apollo, Phantombuster, or similar signal-based tools.

• Marketing & CRM: Experience with Klaviyo, HubSpot, or contemporary email marketing and LinkedIn automation tools.

• Content & PM: Knowledge of Canva/Figma (design), WordPress (CMS), and ClickUp/Asana (project management).
