• Formulate and implement a strategy that aligns with business objectives

• Utilize the Jobs-to-Be-Done (JTBD) framework to develop user-centric content

• Perform competitor analysis to uncover gaps and potential opportunities

• Organize content for all stages of the customer journey

• Keep abreast of SEO trends and algorithm changes

• Align content with user intent while optimizing for ranking opportunities

• Review and enhance content for relevance and effectiveness

• Ensure the creation of engaging content tailored to the audience with a consistent tone

• Harness storytelling techniques and collaborate with UX and product teams

• Provide editorial guidance and support to contributors

• Organize content to facilitate the smooth integration of infographics and videos

• Work with design teams to improve visual components

• Conduct both primary and secondary research to gather unique insights

• Optimize metadata and headers to enhance search rankings

• Monitor and report performance metrics using analytics tools

• Collaborate with SEO, marketing, UX, product, and sales teams

• Oversee workflows, calendars, and adherence to brand guidelines

• Degree in Mass Communication or Journalism

• Background in English Literature or Language Studies

• Experience in Marketing or Communications

• Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing or Digital Marketing

• Knowledge in Media Studies

• Educational background in Education or EdTech

• Experience in Creative Writing or Liberal Arts

• Strong user empathy and understanding of JTBD

• Ability to collaborate effectively with UX and Product teams

• Proficiency in research

• Expertise in SEO

• Skills in content writing and editing

• Adherence to editorial standards

• Project management capabilities
