This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Develop eye-catching mobile video advertisements that engage Gen Z (18+) and promote app installations.
• Become an expert in Gen Z culture: assess the strategies of competitors and leading social applications, keep up with TikTok/Instagram/Snapchat trends, and translate these insights into effective advertisements.
• Engage in continuous experimentation: test innovative creative formats, hooks, storytelling approaches, and visual styles.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance creative production and explore new creative avenues.
• Cultivate a data-driven creative approach: comprehend how your designs perform (CTR, CPI, retention) and refine based on analytical feedback.
• Collaborate within a dynamic creative team comprised of talented individuals from various backgrounds and nationalities.
• Have the chance to work on varying product scopes (BeReal, Wizz, WeMoms).
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives (e.g., testing new tools).
• Excellent proficiency in video editing and content creation.
• Expertise in After Effects - Familiarity with 3D software or AI creative tools is a plus.
• Innovative with a growth hacking mindset.
• Understand how your creations impact marketing performance.
• Experience in using AI tools for creative production.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Minimum of 2+ years in a similar role, but we welcome more experienced candidates.
• Strong knowledge of the mobile app market and Gen Z culture.
