This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, prioritize, and structure the content development for their modality within the region.
• Identify and prioritize operational requirements, including content creation for NPIs and CES coaching and development.
• Develop and deliver high-quality, engaging educational content using advanced tools such as PowerPoint, Articulate 360, Vyond, and Camtasia.
• Manage and uphold clear documentation and content repositories, including content management systems.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for the content approval process related to the modality.
• Assist with the upload and maintenance of content within the Learning Management System.
• Maintain expertise in the modality and possess up-to-date product knowledge both onsite and virtually.
• Investigate and trial the latest technological approaches and implement relevant solutions.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to the company’s style guide.
• Facilitate the adoption of a digital training approach within CES through training, coaching, and demonstrations.
• Offer mentoring and support to the broader CED team.
• Collaborate to develop a digital education strategy, including tools, content, and programs.
• Support and enhance existing digital education initiatives and programs.
• Conduct online training and troubleshooting sessions when required.
• Partner with global teams to embed digital expertise in product development.
• Act as a liaison between the International Clinical Education community and global modality.
• Significant experience as a Healthcare Professional or a comparable role.
• Expert practical experience in X-Ray, Mammography, and/or DEXA.
• Proven expertise in utilizing remote training and educational tools.
• Working knowledge and a keen interest in current healthcare market trends.
• Exceptional communication skills with a demonstrated ability to engage colleagues and customers at all levels.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to drive change and enhance processes.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
