This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop realistic, threat-informed training that empowers learners to identify risks, make informed decisions, and alter their behavior.

• Manage the entire learning content process, from needs analysis and defining objectives to writing, development, revisions, and final delivery.

• Design engaging written modules, interactive scenarios, branching activities, knowledge assessments, simulations, and multimedia learning resources.

• Create learning experiences utilizing Articulate Storyline and various content development tools.

• Incorporate gamification, learner agency, storytelling, and scenario-based design to enhance the interactivity and memorability of training.

• Conduct assessments of learning needs and analyze training requirements to identify the most effective learning solutions.

• Employ action mapping and outcome-driven design to align training with actual performance objectives.

• Explore AI tools for ideation, content drafting, prototyping, scenario creation, media generation, assessment design, and learner engagement.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts, product teams, security personnel, and creative departments to transform complex concepts into straightforward learning experiences.

• Produce or partner on video, animation, visuals, interactive media, and other content formats.

• Continually enhance learning experiences based on feedback, learner needs, quality standards, and performance targets.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or eLearning content creation.

• Proficient in Articulate Storyline; familiarity with Rise or the complete Articulate 360 suite is advantageous.

• Strong grasp of adult learning principles, learning objectives, and outcome-driven design methodologies.

• Proven experience in developing scenario-based, interactive, and gamified learning experiences.

• Ability to produce clear, engaging instructional content that facilitates behavior change.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, ElevenLabs, Synthesia, or other innovative AI platforms.

• Experience in conducting learning needs assessments and evaluating training requirements.

• Proficiency with video creation tools like Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Premiere Pro, Descript, Synthesia, Canva, or similar platforms.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with shifting priorities.

• Strong creativity and a passion for introducing innovative ideas into training and content development.

• Practical experience using AI tools to improve learning design, delivery, production, and overall efficiency.

• Capability to manage content development from concept to completion while remaining aligned with learner needs and business objectives.

• A learner-centered approach with a focus on teaching philosophy in design.
