Content Creator – Volunteer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create and produce genuine social media content inspired by everyday experiences that address consumer issues and real-world scenarios.

• Design and produce video and short-form content aimed at emotionally and substantively engaging consumers.

• Present topics relevant to consumers in a manner that is accessible, relatable, and identity-shaping.

• Independently record, edit, and prepare content for publication in line with brand and editorial standards.

• Regularly develop content formats to sustainably enhance reach and community engagement.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure the strategic positioning and tonal consistency of Bundesverbraucherhilfe.

• Contribute to establishing a credible, consumer-oriented social media presence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in independently producing and editing social media content.

• Ideally possess vocational training or a degree, or be enrolled as a student in media, communications, marketing, or a related discipline.

• Authentic presence, an eye for trends, and an understanding of consumers' real-life contexts.

• Creativity paired with organized working methods and editorial thoroughness.

• Proficiency in common video recording and editing software.

• High self-motivation, dependability, and a readiness to produce content on a regular basis.

• Willingness to work remotely and flexibly as a volunteer.
