Content Creator, TikTok

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Produce and upload 3–5 TikTok videos each week focusing on side hustles, gig economy, and remote income.

• Independently script, shoot, and edit videos that are mindful of trends and aligned with our brand.

• Keep abreast of trending sounds, formats, and challenges to optimize audience reach.

• Interact with comments and foster a community around the NoGigiddy TikTok account.

• Work in collaboration with the social and content teams on campaign integrations.

• Monitor video performance metrics and refine strategies to enhance views and follower growth.

• Adapt high-performing content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

• Demonstrated TikTok presence — whether personal or professional, we want to see your creations.

• Comfortable on camera with the ability to craft engaging and punchy hooks.

• Basic video editing proficiency (CapCut, InShot, or similar tools).

• Strong grasp of TikTok culture, trends, and the platform's algorithm.

• Dependable and organized — content calendars require diligence.

• Bonus: experience in personal finance, gig economy, or career-related topics.
