AI Content Creator – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create a substantial amount of AI-generated short-form video, image, and audio content for sharing across various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X).

• Develop and uphold consistent visual identities throughout content series—ensuring characters, settings, and aesthetics remain on-brand across numerous iterations.

• Manage the entire production process: from ideation, prompting, and generation to light editing, captioning, and publishing.

• Oversee and enhance social media accounts as part of your responsibilities—this includes posting frequency, engaging with comments/DMs, and basic community management.

• Quickly adapt based on performance metrics—focus on what succeeds and discontinue what doesn't.

• Stay informed on trends in AI-generated content broadly and introduce new formats and concepts to the team.

• Collaborate with our internal growth team on project briefs, narrative perspectives, and distribution strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A robust portfolio showcasing content you have personally crafted using AI tools (we are interested in seeing the actual work, not merely claims).

• Practical experience with at least 2–3 of the following tools: Higgsfield, Veo, Runway, Kling, Seedance, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Suno, CapCut, or similar applications.

• Proven ability to maintain visual and character consistency across multiple AI-generated content shots.

• Strong instincts for pacing, hooks, storytelling, and formats that resonate with internet audiences.

• Confidence in iterative prompt engineering—understanding when to modify the prompt, change the model, or start anew.

• Experience managing social media accounts (personal or brand) with a clear grasp of what drives reach, engagement, and follower growth on at least one major platform.

• A self-directed work approach—capable of taking a loose brief and delivering results without extensive oversight.

• Ability to consistently produce daily content.
