Content Creator – Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Create captivating educational materials, including video scripts, assessments, and textual lessons.

• Transform curriculum documents into clear, actionable course and lesson plans that aid teachers and foster student achievement.

• Simplify complex syllabus topics, leveraging your VCE subject expertise to produce content that is easily comprehensible and tailored for students.

• Maintain your expertise by keeping current with subject content and evidence-based teaching methodologies.

• Adhere to a comprehensive style guide to ensure that the content is consistent and appropriate for our audience.

• Manage multiple projects effectively, demonstrating strong time management skills while meeting tight deadlines.

• Collaborate closely with Visual Content Designers, Subject Team Leads, and others to provide content that is accurate, engaging, and aligned with our brand.

• Contribute ideas and enhance our processes through feedback, workshops, and team discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of secondary school VCE Health (VCE experience is mandatory).

• Strong understanding of how to deliver content that effectively supports student learning.

• Exceptional writing and editing abilities, capable of simplifying complex ideas for better comprehension.

• A genuine passion for education and learning design.

• Comfortable collaborating with others and articulating your thought process clearly.

• Proficient in using project management tools (or eager to learn).

• Proven success in the VCE curriculum, either as a teacher or student.

• Experience in teaching or tutoring is a plus.

• An interest in learning design is advantageous, but we will provide training if you are new to it.
