📋 Description

• Produce and share 3–5 TikTok videos weekly focusing on themes related to side hustles, gig work, and remote income.

• Independently script, film, and edit videos that align with current trends and the brand's identity.

• Keep abreast of popular sounds, formats, and challenges to enhance audience engagement.

• Interact with comments and foster a community around the NoGigiddy TikTok account.

• Collaborate with the social media and content teams for campaign integrations.

• Monitor video performance metrics and refine strategies based on what attracts views and followers.

• Adapt top-performing content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

• Demonstrated TikTok presence — whether personal or professional, we are eager to view your creations.

• Comfortable appearing on camera and adept at scripting engaging and impactful hooks.

• Basic video editing capabilities (using tools such as CapCut, InShot, or equivalent).

• Strong grasp of TikTok culture, trends, and its algorithm.

• Dependable and consistent — content calendars require diligence.
