Content Creator Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Produce exceptional content in various formats, such as blog articles, lead magnets, social media assets, videos/graphics, email communications, and more.

• Ensure content aligns with SEO and AEO best practices.

• Formulate and implement content strategies aimed at enhancing organic traffic, boosting social media engagement, and increasing AI citation visibility.

• Create lead magnets and gated resources that effectively convert traffic into qualified organic leads.

• Collaborate with UX/UI, paid media, public relations, and design teams.

• Leverage AI tools to enhance content production while maintaining quality and brand voice.

• Track content performance and make adjustments based on metrics such as traffic, engagement, citations, and leads.

• Keep up-to-date with SEO/AEO trends, algorithm changes, and new AI search behaviors.

• Generate innovative ideas and manage projects from inception to execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in content creation, content marketing, or a related discipline.

• A strong portfolio or examples of previous work are required.

• Experience in developing content for SEO and/or AEO objectives.

• A proactive, self-motivated approach is essential.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort in navigating ambiguity.

• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

• Hands-on experience with AI content tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.

• Capability to work full-time remotely as an independent contractor for a US-based company.

• Familiarity with HubSpot.

• Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Suite, and Canva.

• Experience with Veo, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Claude design capabilities, and Google Stitch.

• A working understanding of UX principles is preferred.

• Experience in creating content within the real estate sector is an advantage.

• Knowledge of organic growth metrics and reporting tools is a plus.
