This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• This role is essential to the missionaries' mission to 'Invite others to come unto Christ by assisting them in receiving the restored gospel through faith in Jesus Christ and His Atonement, as well as through repentance, baptism, receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, and enduring to the end.'
• Responsible for directing, filming, and editing engaging video content that will be utilized globally, particularly for Meta ads, to support the international effort to gather Israel.
• Mission Finding Content Creators function as lead support level individual contributors.
• Aids the Finding Support Center and the Worldwide Finding Team by performing research, analyzing video performance metrics, offering training and development to Supervisors, Mission Finding Specialists, and Mission Finding Specialists on content best practices, onboarding video production technology tools worldwide, and generating insights to advance the strategic objectives of the Missionary Department.
• Returned missionary.
• Six months of experience as a Mission Finding Specialist or one year in social media marketing or a similar field.
• Demonstrated proficiency with DSLR or Mirrorless cameras, filming techniques, and various video production tools.
• Proven skills in video editing, color grading, and sound design.
• Proficient with video editing software such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, or comparable platforms.
• Experience in making data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with leveraging social media for missionary work.
• Capability to effectively plan time to independently manage and collaborate on multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership abilities are required.
• Strong communication skills (written, virtual, and verbal).
• A self-starter who is innovative and committed to continuous learning.
• Must be proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
