Content Creator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Create visually appealing and stylish content (posts, stories, reels covers) for all product social media platforms in accordance with the brand book and UI kit.

• Independently assemble layouts in Figma: utilize components from the UI kit, adapt them for social media formats, and create simple layouts from scratch based on the brand book.

• Source references and write clear content briefs for motion designers and UGC creators.

• Collaborate closely with the SMM manager to ensure that the content reflects the monthly strategy and objectives for each platform.

• Conduct ongoing trend research in the US fashion and social commerce niches and actively implement findings into production.

• Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Sora, Runway, CapCut AI, etc.) to expedite research and content production.

• Analyze content metrics (ERR, reach, retention), draw conclusions, and adjust approaches accordingly.

• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and content planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience as a Content Creator / SMM Specialist / Designer in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or consumer tech companies.

• Proficient in Figma: UI kit, components, auto-layout, and independently assembling layouts for social formats.

• Ability to provide examples of your work.

• Experience in creating content for Instagram and TikTok.

• Skill in writing clear content briefs for designers and UGC creators (including references, format, tone of voice, and technical requirements).

• Basic video editing skills in CapCut, InShot, or built-in editors for Reels/TikTok.

• Understanding of the pacing of short videos.

• Active use of AI tools in your work.

• Familiarity with social metrics: ERR, reach, engagement, retention.

• A strong sense of taste and fashion aesthetics: able to explain why certain visuals work and others do not.

• Ownership from idea to publication: no missed deadlines and no need for reminders.
