This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Manage social media platforms (Meta, TikTok) and implement the content calendar.
• Develop relevant content aligned with campaigns, seasonal themes, and brand objectives.
• Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions.
• Monitor metrics and optimize content based on performance.
• Identify cultural trends and content opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, content).
• Support the organic positioning of the brand.
• Experience in content creation, social media, or community management.
• Familiarity with Meta, TikTok, and social media in general.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
• Experience in multicultural environments (DESIRABLE).
• Background in retail/consumer markets (DESIRABLE).
• Experience with organic campaigns and knowledge of ads (B2C/B2B preferred).
• Proficiency in agile tools (Notion, Asana).
• Experience with AI tools (desirable).
• Fully remote position. Contractor modality.
