This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee and uphold data quality through the validation, cleansing, and enhancement of data as necessary.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to pinpoint essential data elements and establish data quality standards.
• Develop and sustain data dictionaries, data lineage, and practices for metadata management.
• Formulate and uphold data governance policies, procedures, and standards.
• Ensure the integrity of data is maintained across various systems and applications.
• Perform data profiling and analysis to detect data quality issues and propose solutions.
• Create and sustain data management tools such as data quality dashboards, scorecards, and reports.
• Partner with Operations teams to guarantee that data management processes are integrated into related development and delivery activities.
• Educate end-users on best practices and procedures for data management.
• Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in data governance committees and work alongside other data stewards to create and execute enterprise-wide data management strategies.
• Collect feedback from internal users and external clients to comprehend their needs and translate them into actionable improvements for data products.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in data management, data governance, or a related area.
• Solid understanding of data management principles, including data quality, metadata management, data lineage, and data governance.
• Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, and database management systems.
• Experience utilizing data profiling and analysis tools.
• A combined 1-2 years of professional experience in US Healthcare data.
• Knowledge of data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance standards.
