Content Analyst, Data Steward

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee and uphold data quality by verifying, cleansing, and enhancing data as necessary.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to pinpoint essential data elements and establish data quality benchmarks.

• Create and sustain data dictionaries, data lineage documentation, and metadata management techniques.

• Formulate and uphold data governance policies, procedures, and standards.

• Supervise and ensure data integrity across various systems and applications.

• Perform data profiling and analysis to detect data quality challenges and propose solutions.

• Develop and maintain data management tools, including dashboards, scorecards, and reports focused on data quality.

• Partner with Operations teams to guarantee that data management processes are incorporated into related development and delivery operations.

• Educate end-users on best practices and procedures for data management.

• Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and regulatory guidelines.

• Engage in data governance committees and work alongside other data stewards to create and execute enterprise-wide data management strategies.

• Collect feedback from internal users and external clients to grasp their requirements and translate them into significant enhancements for data products.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information management, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in data management, data governance, or a related area.

• Strong grasp of data management principles, encompassing data quality, metadata management, data lineage, and data governance.

• Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, and database management systems.

• Experience utilizing data profiling and analysis tools.

• A combined 1-2 years of work experience in US Healthcare data.

• Awareness of data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance standards.
