This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.
• Welcomes and greets members in a polite and professional manner via phone communications.
• Collects, processes, and documents member transactions, including withdrawals and loan repayments.
• Responds to member questions regarding statements and loans.
• Offers technical assistance for online banking services.
• Maintains member security by adhering to identification protocols and established procedures.
• Recognizes opportunities and promotes relevant products and services.
• Strives to achieve production and referral targets while engaging in sales initiatives.
• At least six (6) months of experience in a sales or customer service role.
• Background in a Contact Center or financial institution is preferred.
