This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide Exceptional Service: Deliver friendly, efficient, and supportive assistance, consistently exceeding guest expectations.
• Promote Additional Services: Suggest additional services and products tailored to the guests’ needs to enhance their overall experience.
• Resolve Issues: Efficiently address inquiries and concerns while ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Manage CRM: Precisely document guest interactions, preferences, and sales opportunities utilizing our CRM tools.
• Foster Relationships: Build trust and loyalty with returning guests and key partners through consistent and personalized engagement.
• Team Collaboration: Work in tandem with the team to meet objectives and continually enhance service quality.
• Customer-Centric Attitude - A sincere enthusiasm for providing outstanding service.
• Consultative Selling Skills - Proficiency in upselling while improving the overall guest experience.
• Effective Problem Solver - Capability to swiftly and efficiently address guest concerns.

• Remote Work Capability - Ability to operate fully remote within our contact center.
• Flexible Scheduling - Willingness to follow a rotating shift schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet service needs.
• Overtime Availability - Readiness to work additional hours as necessary during peak times.
• TICO Certification Requirement - Must secure TICO Certification (Travel Industry Council of Ontario) within the first 60 days of employment; TTC will cover the cost of the initial attempt.
• Training Start Date - If selected, the ability to commence training on July 8, 2026.
