• Guide prospective customers in selecting the most suitable systems, products, and services tailored to their lifestyle requirements.

• Recognize important insights into customer needs and offer recommendations to enhance the security of their home, family, and pets.

• Adhere to SimpliSafe’s sales methodology to foster a high level of respect, trust, and loyalty among potential customers.

• Conduct customer follow-up tasks, including quotes and information requests.

• Accurately gather and enter customer information for proper identification purposes.

• Suggest special promotions and products/services from affiliated partners.
